Landscape Paintings

Verdure 4 is a landscape series depicting 4 geographic areas that I have called home. Heartland, is reminiscent of the midwestern United States where I was born and raised. Highlands, represents the high desert landscape of Colorado. Lowlands, in contrast, represents the coastal area of South Carolina. In addition, this series is unified by the use of 4 colors: Ultramarine Blue, Alizerian Crimson, Yellow Ochre and Cadmium Yellow.
